We came from steelwork fabricator who specialized in fabricating steel structure, chimneys, water tank / storage tank, platforms and ladders. Our customers are mainly Japanese-based manufacturing plant from industries like Chemical, Semi-Cond, Automotives, Electronics and Food.

From our senior generation, we have been a fabricator for more than 30 years. Our factory has machines of various functions from rolling, bending, cutting and even CNC and Auto-cutter alongside with 40 talented employees. Moreover, our fabrication area stands on a total 134,000 sqft enables us to take up the role as main fabricator of 400ton steel structure foHangar Projects.

Ducting, hopper, platform, staircase and structures are our bread and butter. From starting until now, we serve as fabricator for some contractors as well as end users and we are still serving them.

Other projects.
We made 1600A Main Circuit Board (MSB) for a Air Tank Factory in Shah Alam, and numerous Sub Switch Board (SSB), and Ditribution Board (DB) for other customers. Our team able to conduct panel switchover within 48 hours or shorter subjectively. The Panels we made are of high quality fulfilling both local authority and japanese standard. Our panels are used for power feeder, water treatment control, air-cond controls, and etc. We provide design, authority submission (TNB, ST), fabrication with FAT, delivery, site installation and testing for LV panels.
In additional to Control Panels, we do site cabling work. Our wiring scope of supply includes cable sizing, cable ducting and cable installation, and cable insulation test to ensure all cables are intact. Cables running underground, trench or overhead are subjective to customer’s requirement and we shall advice the appropriate way. We have certified chargeman to oversee or supervise the entire operation in guarantee a safe and reliable work done.
Field Instruments, PLC control, SCADA monitoring and controlling system are few of our advanced services.
We fabricate mild steel non-pressured water tank and storage tank upon your request. These tanks are normally used for raw water storage, powder mixing silos, chemical storage… We also can add on level sensors, level gauge, inspection manhole to suit your design and requirement.
Chinney is very common in most factories and is considered as one of our core products as we are dedictated in serving chimney customers in past 10 years. Our factory are well-equippped with necessary machine to produce chimney from scratch, giving us an edge on the chimney costing. Tekiden can provide complete services for chimeny from design and calculation, auhority submission (DOE, KM), supply and site installation. Recently, we been supplying chimney with sand blasting for longer life span.

We do machine & equipment installation, relocation as well as supplying new pertaining equipments like supplying steam header to a boiler systems and so forth. Under turnkey project, Tekiden provide total project management services to end users.

As part of job requirement, Tekiden provides relevant authority submission services. With the support from our panel consultation firm, we provides comprehensive DOSH (or JKKP), DOE (JAS), Commission of Energy (Suruhan Tenaga, ST) as well as local council (e.g. MPSA, MPK, MPPG…) application to obtain certificate of fitness (CF) or Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). These submission are vital for legit operations and insurance coverage. Few of our past projects like registering new machines with DOSH on behalf of client and giving solutions and troubleshooting environmental queries raised by DOE.
